At VENTE PARIS, every collection is created with a commitment to timeless design, considered craftsmanship and an exceptional shopping experience.

Our shipping policy explains how we process, prepare and deliver your orders, including exclusive seasonal collections available through our presale programme.

1. Shipping Destinations

VENTE PARIS offers shipping to selected international destinations.

Available shipping countries and regions are displayed during checkout. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination, product and applicable shipping restrictions.

We reserve the right to limit shipping to certain regions where delivery cannot reasonably be arranged. If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate refund or other remedy required by law.

2. Order Processing

For items available for immediate dispatch, the applicable processing and delivery estimates are displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Orders are prepared for shipment after the necessary payment and order checks have been completed.

Processing times may vary during collection launches, public holidays or periods of increased demand.

Processing time refers to the preparation of your order before shipment and is separate from the carrier's transit time.

3. Seasonal Collections and Presale Orders

VENTE PARIS operates a seasonal collection model, with selected pieces offered for advance purchase before their scheduled release.

Our principal collections include:

• Autumn/Winter Collection 2026: Planned dispatch between 25 and 31 December 2026.

• Spring/Summer Collection 2027: Planned dispatch during June or July 2027.

These dates describe our current collection schedule. The delivery period stated on the relevant product page and agreed at checkout takes precedence.

Presale items are not necessarily available for immediate dispatch.

By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge the clearly disclosed delivery schedule applicable to that item.

If an agreed delivery date cannot be met, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Your statutory rights in the event of delayed or non-delivery remain unaffected.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Charges may depend on the delivery destination, order size, parcel weight and selected delivery service.

Any free-shipping offer applies only where expressly indicated and subject to its published conditions.

We do not charge additional shipping fees after an order has been placed unless you expressly agree to them.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service and availability of the ordered products.

For in-stock items, the applicable delivery estimate is provided before purchase.

For presale items, the collection-specific delivery schedule applies.

Carrier delays, customs procedures and other external circumstances may affect transit times. Such circumstances do not remove your applicable statutory consumer rights.

6. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

When your order has been dispatched, we aim to send a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where tracking is supported by the carrier.

Please allow time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

7. International Shipping, Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties and taxes depending on the destination and the location from which the goods are dispatched.

Any additional charges payable by the customer will be disclosed before purchase where legally required.

The checkout and applicable product information should identify whether duties and taxes are included in the price or collected separately.

Customers will not be made responsible for undisclosed charges contrary to applicable consumer protection law.

8. Orders Containing Multiple Items

Orders containing several items may be dispatched together or in separate parcels.

If an order includes both in-stock and presale products, the applicable delivery arrangements will be communicated before purchase.

Separate shipments will not result in additional shipping charges unless expressly agreed.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete before confirming your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@vente-paris.de.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections before dispatch.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team.

Include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of any visible damage.

We will investigate the issue with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to you or a person designated by you, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

11. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to eligible purchases, including standard clothing ordered through our presale programme.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal before dispatch where applicable.
