At VENTE PARIS, we aim to make the delivery of every order as clear and dependable as the shopping experience itself.

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to selected countries and regions.

Available destinations are displayed during checkout. Delivery availability may vary according to the destination, product and shipping arrangements.

2. Order Processing

For products available for immediate dispatch, processing and delivery information is provided on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Processing time refers to the preparation of an order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Seasonal Presale Collections

VENTE PARIS follows a seasonal fashion calendar with Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter collections.

Selected products are available for advance purchase through our presale programme.

The currently planned dispatch periods are:

Autumn/Winter 2026: 25–31 December 2026.

Spring/Summer 2027: June–July 2027.

These periods are general plans. The delivery information agreed for each individual order takes precedence.

Dispatch means that the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Actual delivery may occur later.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Costs may vary depending on the delivery destination, parcel size, weight and selected shipping service.

Any complimentary shipping offer applies only under the conditions stated with that offer.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination, product availability and delivery service.

For immediately available products, the applicable delivery estimate is shown before purchase.

For presale items, the agreed collection-specific delivery schedule applies.

Mandatory rights relating to delivery delays remain unaffected.

6. Order Confirmation

Following a successful order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers should review the order information and contact us promptly if they identify an error.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, we aim to provide a shipping confirmation by email.

Where supported by the carrier, tracking information will be included.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

8. International Customs and Duties

International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes.

Whether such charges are included in the purchase price or payable separately depends on the applicable shipping arrangements.

Additional charges payable by the customer will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately.

Where an order contains both immediately available and presale items, the applicable delivery arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.

Additional shipping charges for separate deliveries will only apply where expressly agreed.

If you notice an error, please contact customer care as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch.

11. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer or a designated recipient, subject to statutory exceptions.
