1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If multiple items ordered together are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, such as an email or a letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are excluded.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

4. Returning Your Items

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the applicable return address before dispatching your return.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to cover those costs.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Pre-Orders and Presale Collections

VENTE PARIS offers selected seasonal collections through a presale and pre-order model.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to standard clothing purchased through a presale.

For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period generally begins upon receipt of the items, not when the order is placed or payment is made.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before the items have been dispatched.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable statutory requirements are met.

Selecting a standard size, colour or regular presale item does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
